We are seriously committed to our consumers' needs and comfort. We also know it's hard to trust online shopping without a proper shipping policy and clarity. To ensure your shopping experience is as smooth and convenient as possible, we have explained our shipping policy below:

Processing Time: The Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment, and the delivery will be made within 7-15 business days, depending on the distance from Delhi.

** Please remember that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Procedure: We have three types of shipping methods available:

  • Standard Shipping: Usually takes 3-7 business days to deliver the product all over India. It is usually for heavy products such as roof rails, Side steppers, etc.

  • Express Shipping: In this option, we offer delivery within 3 days after placing the order and successful payment.

  • AIR Delivery: Autogear also offers AIR delivery with a slightly higher cost, but the item will be delivered the next day after dispatch if ordered before noon. Provided that, we only ship lightweight parcels via air shipping.

Shipping Rates: The standard Shipping rates are free of cost. For Express Shipping and Air Delivery, kindly reach out to us directly.

Policy for Delivery Issues of Autogear:

  • In the case of delivery issues such as lost or damaged packages during transit, you need to contact our customer service team with proper proof, such as photos and videos. We will examine the problem, and if it's genuine, we will initiate the return. After we receive the product, the amount will be transferred to your bank account.

  • In case you don't receive your order on the expected delivery date, call us or email us. We will contact the courier services to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
